The room that I initially booked on MMT was not good so I upgraded one with balcony. That upgraded room was very good. The staff were very polite and helpful. Dinner was insanely expensive and not at all worth the price. Breakfast was pretty good. Location was excellent and 10 minutes away from the Darjeeling railway station. Overall the experience was very nice if a bit more expensive than it needed to be

Extremely happy with everything. The rooms we were alloted had awesome views. Staffs and ambience is excellent. Mrs Reshma Unit Manager is very friendly as well as front office staffs. Staffs of every dept is friendly and kind. Top notch service. Recommended to everyone. Would visit again. Extremely satisfying and no complaints at all.

Best property of Summit group in Darjeeling. We are from Sikkim and we went to have a holiday 2 days stay for Christmas..The room was clean and very well maintained. Highly recommended.

It was my first stay at this property of summit ..wasn't disappointed ..Room was good spacious with room heater & with other amenities ( no views though) I must say staffs were very helpful and courteous.. recommended over all

Pathetic service.The staff is really uncourteous and rude.I would specially like to mention Miss Kabitha who is so rude in her behavior. I hope the Management talks with her and teaches her some manners and how to handle the guests.Restaurant, room quality and housekeeping is average. Would not recommend people to stay at such horrible place. Being a club Mahindra member, am really surprised why they have a tie up with such a horrible place. Does not suit their quality at all.

Had a wonderful stay here with our large family group . Excellent service by staff who took special care of us as we are vegetarians . Kavita Chhetri was outstanding in the restaurant. Views from the room were awesome. Would strongly recommend it for families.
